   Excellent service by Phill and Mike today in their beautiful shop, where i bought a new Carved Imperator 7 board. Advise exceeded my expectations, and i can say i an demanding when it comes to kitegear. Even the most technical questions aren’t a problem and these guys are true experts. Foreigners are able to claim back 15% tax at the customs office at the airport. Highly recommended to visit the shop! 🤙🏻

   Your one stop shop for CORE trade-ins!! Messaged Big Air Kite on a limb to see if I could trade in my current gear for the newer models. Within a week I had dropped off the gear and received a full quotation. Phil was the best! Very responsive and facilitated the entire process including getting a VAT refund. Mike was also super helpful when ever he was needed to give input. I greatly recommend BigAirKite!!
