If you are purchasing within the United States, please purchase on our USA website (usa.bigairkite.com). That store is set up to support USA customers.

We take 3-5 business days to ship kite gear that we have in stock. If an item says ‘In stock’, that means we actually have it in our warehouse. Shipping takes approximately 5 business days. If your order is urgent, please notify us so we can explore expedited shipping.
* Shipping time depends on the country of delivery. Some rural areas can require extra delivery days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Track your orders

Immediately after we have offered your package to the parcel service you will receive a track and trace number from us which you can use to track your order online.
