Directions:

• Step 1 : For your first application, roll the product between your hands or on a hard surface to allow the product to soften & loosen.
• Step 2 : Push the product up from the bottom of the stick.
• DO NOT push out more than you need.
• If you do by mistake, do not push the product down with your hand, rather tap the stick onto a hard surface to allow the product to drop back into the tube.
